Perinatal & Reproductive Transitions

Psychiatric support through pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy loss, infertility, and other reproductive transitions.

Screening and treatment for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
Medication safety counseling during pregnancy and breastfeeding
Support through pregnancy loss, termination, and infertility
Coordination with OB, midwife, or other perinatal providers

Hormones & Mood

Evaluation and treatment for mood and anxiety symptoms that track with your cycle — including PMDD and premenstrual exacerbation.

Cycle-based symptom tracking and pattern recognition
PMDD diagnosis and evidence-based treatment
Medication management timed to hormonal fluctuations
Coordination with gynecology when relevant

Menopause & Midlife

Psychiatric care for the cognitive and emotional changes of perimenopause and menopause — including symptoms that are often misdiagnosed.
